How it works

Before you learn how it works, select the device from which you would like to order parts renovation:

Manual for mobile phones and tablets

If you wish to order the renovation of parts of your car via a mobile phone or tablet, click here and follow the individual steps of the manual.

Step 1

Price List
In the main menu at the top right, click on the "MENU" button.
A menu with links will open, click on the "PRICE LIST" link.

In the price list you can order the renovation of parts from your car, namely ONLINE ..

Step 2

Car Brand Selection
You are now in the price list.
Click to select the car brand. Continue to step 3 if you've found your brand.

If you do not see the brand of your car, click on the yellow button "REQUEST RENOVATION PARTS" at the top, fill out a short form and we will contact you shortly.

Step 3

Car Model Selection
You are now in the list of models of the selected brand.

Click to select your model.
Then the parts list opens. If the model has its "submodel", then it is necessary to select the "submodel" by clicking.

Step 4

Add part renovation to cart
You are now in the parts list for the selected model.
For each part, there is an ORDER button with a box for selecting the number of pieces of that part. Click on the ORDER button to add the goods to the cart.

Step 5

How to go to Basket
If you have already added the renovation of parts to the basket, click on the basket icon in the top right of the main black menu.

Step 6

Basket - Currency Selection
You are now in the Basket.
You can choose your currency before proceeding to complete your order.
We offer the option of payment in CZK or in EUR (€).

To select a currency, click on the "MENU" button (1) at the top right and select the currency (2) after opening at the bottom of the menu

Step 7

Basket - Contact and other Information
You are now in the Basket.
To successfully complete the order fill in Contact information and Billing information. Finally, select Transport.

If you would like to provide a different delivery address, click on the link "Other shipping address" and fill in the required information.

If you wish to order the renovation of parts for the company, click on the link "Order on behalf of the company" and fill in the necessary data.

If you have completed the form, click on the "GO TO SUMMARY" button at the bottom right.

Step 8

Basket - Summary
You are now in the Order Summary. Here you will check everything you ordered in Step 7.

If everything is OK, click on the "CLOSE THE ORDER AND SEND" button at the bottom right.
Click the button only once and wait until the system processes the order and prints a notification, see Step 9.

Step 9

Basket - Order Completion
Your order has now been completed. Carefully read the information on closing the order. A copy of your order will now be stored in our system and we will contact you shortly.

A copy of the order will be sent to your entered email.

If the system reports an error when completing the order, you can contact us at info@carplastix.com.

Step 10

Send your parts to our workshop

If you picked one-way shipping please pack carefully your sticky parts and send them to our workshop (address in the section contacts)
If you picked two-way shipping please pack carefully your sticky parts and we will order a pick up at your place

Refinishing process

We will inspect your parts
Disassemble the parts to single components if needed
Remove sticky coating
Refinish the parts with our hard touch coating with silky smooth soft touch feeling
Put factory correct laser etched graphic on (we don’t use any decals or sticks)
Provide you with an invoice
Carefully pack and send your parts back via express delivery company with only 1 business day shipping time within Europe
